The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from STATE Drinks ApS. Conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements between you as buyer and STATE Drinks ApS.
Documentation and guidance
If there are product descriptions and manuals for the product, these will follow the delivery from STATE Drinks ApS. For further information or advice from STATE Drinks ApS, this is only guiding information.
Delivery and transport
Delivery of goods from STATE Drinks ApS is considered done when the consumer has received the goods. GLS is the carrier of the shipment.
Delivery is free for purchases over DKK 600,- (only for webshop orders to private customers in Denmark). For purchases below DKK 600,- there is charged a shipping fee of DKK 49,-.
Delivery time within Denmark is between 1-3 business days.
The above only applies to deliveries within Denmark. If you want deliveries outside Denmark, please contact us at info@statedrinks.com with the subject ”order” since other shipping charges will apply.
The risk of goods
The risk of goods purchased from STATE.nu are transferred to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Complaint
Any complaints of errors or shortcomings in the delivery from STATE Drinks ApS must be within a reasonable time after discovering the error. It is your duty to show how the error manifests itself. If you find an error, you must quickly contact STATE Drinks ApS. Customers have a warranty of 2 years on goods, but not food. When purchasing food or other products with limited durability, the warranty is bound by the shelf life indicated on the product.

Cancellation
STATE Drinks ApS offers a 14 day right of cancellation on all items but not food. If you regret your purchase, STATE Drinks ApS has to be notified in writing within 14 days after the day you received your goods. When STATE Drinks ApS is informed, you then have 14 days to return the goods. You are obliged to return the product in the same condition and quantity as it is received. You will bear the costs associated with returning the goods.
