The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from STATE Drinks ApS. The conditions apply if no other written agreements have been made between you as the buyer and STATE Drinks ApS.

Delivery and transport
Delivery of goods from STATE Drinks ApS is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. The goods are shipped with GLS to the nearest parcel shop.
Free delivery on orders above DKK 600, - incl. VAT (only applies to orders via webshop for private customers). On orders below DKK 600, - incl. VAT applies a shipping fee of DKK 49, - incl. VAT.
Expected delivery is within 1-3 business days.
Please note that this only applies to deliveries within Denmark's borders. If you want to have the products delivered abroad, please send us a e-mail at info@statedrinks.com with the subject "order", as other shipping fees apply.
The risk to the goods
The risk for goods purchased from STATE Drinks ApS passes on to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Complaint
Any errors or defects with deliveries from STATE Drinks ApS must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. You must indicate and on request show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, you should quickly contact STATE Drinks ApS. As a starting point, the customer has a 2-year right to make a complaint, but not on food. When purchasing food or other products with limited durability, the right to make a complaint is limited by the durability specified on the item.

All prices on the website www.STATE.nu is in DKK. Danish Krone inclusive VAT and taxes. The payment will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped.
Right of withdrawal
STATE Drinks ApS provides a 14-day right of withdrawal on all goods, except food. If you regret the purchase, STATE Drinks ApS must be notified no later than 14 days after the day you have received your goods. When STATE Drinks ApS has been notified, you then have 14 days to return the goods. You must return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item.
